Dr David Furze BDS MFDS RCS (Eng)
David qualified as a dentist at Cardiff in 2000 and joined the Royal Army Dental Corps. While Senior House Officer at the Royal Surrey County Hospital he developed an interest in surgery. Since leaving the army in 2006 he has worked in private practice. David is about to complete his Master of Clinical Dentistry at Kings College.
Area of special interests
David has a special interest in both the restorative and surgical aspects of dental implants, including bone regeneration techniques, and also has an interest in anaesthesia. He lectures internationally and has published a paper on the subject of implants.
Hobbies
David is a keen triathlete, kitesurfer and snowboarder.
